We know life happens. Everyone gets one free 'grace' for a missed appointment per year.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged to your card on file.
